Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of movoria.studio and related services operated by MO JINQUAN under the Movoria brand ("Movoria", "Service", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. Minors may not use the Service.

The Service

The Service may include AI chat, image generation, video generation, file uploads, account features, credits, subscriptions, billing, and related tools.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including models, features, pricing, credit costs, limits, availability, or providers.

The Service depends on third-party providers for infrastructure, storage, AI processing, authentication, billing, and related functionality. We do not guarantee that any specific provider, model, feature, or output will always remain available.

Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate registration information;
  • maintaining the security of your account and credentials;
  • all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

User Content and Outputs

"User Content" means prompts, text, images, videos, audio, files, and other content you submit through the Service.

As between you and us, you retain your rights in your User Content and, to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party terms, in outputs generated for you through the Service.

You grant us and our service providers a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and process User Content only as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and provide the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you have all rights, permissions, and legal bases necessary to submit your User Content;
  • your User Content and your use of the Service do not violate law or third-party rights;
  • if your User Content includes another person's image, likeness, voice, identity, or personal information, you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • violate any law or regulation;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • create, upload, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, abusive, or harmful content;
  • create or distribute non-consensual intimate content, child sexual content, unlawful deepfakes, or impersonation content;
  • upload malware, interfere with the Service, bypass limits, or attempt unauthorized access;
  • scrape, resell, republish at scale, or build a competing dataset or service from the Service without authorization.

We may investigate violations and remove content, block requests, suspend access, cancel credits, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary.

AI Features and Third-Party Services

AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, or unavailable outputs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, sharing, or commercializing them.

You must not rely on the Service as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions.

Third-party providers may impose their own terms, restrictions, and technical limits. Your use of certain features may also be subject to those third-party terms.

Payments, Credits, and Refunds

If we offer paid features, credits, or subscriptions:

  • pricing, included credits, validity periods, and billing intervals may change prospectively;
  • credit usage may vary by model, feature, media type, duration, quality, or provider;
  • insufficient credits may prevent certain requests from being processed;
  • subscription plans may renew automatically until canceled.

Our refund approach is moderate:

  • if you were charged in error, charged more than once, or a paid feature clearly failed due to a verified system or provider issue, we may issue a refund, credit reversal, or service credit where appropriate;
  • successfully delivered outputs, already consumed credits, and subjective dissatisfaction alone are generally not refundable unless required by law;
  • expired credits, unused credits, or partial billing periods are generally not refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges connected to your use of paid features.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

  • you violate these Terms;
  • your use creates legal, security, abuse, or operational risk;
  • we are required to do so by law, court order, provider rules, or safety concerns;
  • payment obligations are not met.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Intellectual Property

The Service, excluding User Content and outputs you own, includes software, design, branding, layout, and related materials owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages;
  • we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data;
  • our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If a dispute arises, you and we agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting support@movoria.studio.

If the dispute is not resolved informally, the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms become effective when posted unless a different date is stated. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
